If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, simply email me, then return the item within 14
days of auction end (7 days for books) and, upon receipt, I
will gladly refund the full winning bid amount.
For unconditional refunds as outlined above, postage/delivery fees are
not refundable.
Any item returned for refund must be in the same condition as
when it was shipped to you, and be accompanied by the original invoice.
Any item returned for refund must be shipped via registered mail
(unless otherwise agreed).
Return postage/delivery charges are at the buyer’s expense.
No
responsibility will be taken for your inability to maintain up to date
address records with PayPal, quicksales or Paymate. Any item returned to me
because of this reason is not refundable.
All refunds will be
processed in the same fashion as your initial payment (i.e. if you paid
via PayPal, you will be refunded via PayPal... bank deposit for bank
deposit... money order for money order, etc).
Refunds sent through
the mail will be shipped by Registered Post.
Any costs incurred for
the processing of your refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
This includes (but is not limited to)
Registered Post charges
& Money Order
fee.
No
refunds will be given for motor vehicles, CDs, DVDs (or their covers), videos,
cassettes, art (of any
kind), any items which do not meet the above requirements, or for items
which state "as is" in the item description.
